We are delighted to have recently been awarded the interim soft service contract of Coin Street Community Builders, where we will deliver internal & external cleaning services along with gardening and landscaping for the estate.
Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB) is a social enterprise and development trust which seek to make London’s South Bank a better place to live, to work and to visit. Since 1984 CSCB has transformed a largely derelict 13 acre site into a thriving mixed use neighbourhood by diversifying into a vast array of sectors including new co-operative homes, shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes & bars. CSCB is a non-profit organisation with no shareholders that plough profits back into the community.
The OXO Tower Wharf is an award winning, landmark building situated on the Riverside Walkway, as part of London’s South Bank and Bankside area. The inclusion of this renowned building within the CSCB estate makes this contract extremely prestigious and an excellent addition to the Andron portfolio.
CSCB ended their previous soft service contract with their previous service delivery partners early, resulting in Andron being tasked with a quick implementation following the contract award. Capitalising on our experience of over 30 years, we were able to implement a quick and smooth start-up process, showing immediate improvements on the previous service delivery.
