In the run-up to World Facilities Management Day on 13th May, Cushman & Wakefield are taking part in an initiative to nominate a daily Facilities Management Hero, with a cash prize awarded to the successful nominees. We are delighted to announce that James Howden, Andron Security Services Manager, has been nominated for his continued hard work and dedication at Sage Headquarters.
James has worked as a Security Services Manager for our client Sage since 2016, whose premises at North Park are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout the lockdown period, James has offered invaluable support, going above and beyond his daily duties by managing essential site visits and deliveries, working to support other departments, and even safely managing a flooding incident on site. His commitment and work ethic have led to multiple nominations for this recognition.
