This Living Wage Week, the Living Wage Foundation has announced the new 2021/22 real Living Wage (RLW) rates for London and the rest of the UK. As a recognised Living Wage Service Provider, Andron FM proudly supports the new RLW rates and commit to paying all directly employed members of staff, not tied to client contracts, the new real Living Wage rate.
Andron FM has also committed to always offering a real Living Wage bid alongside every market rate submittal to all prospective and current clients. This means the client always has the choice to implement the real Living Wage at the point of tender.
As it stands, Andron currently pays 53% of our workforce the real Living Wage – a huge 35% increase since we obtained recognised service provider status just over 2 years ago.
Andron has worked hard to campaign the real living wage across our client base and as more of our clients commit to paying our employees the living wage in 2022, we are confident that we can continue to pay more of our employees a fair wage to meet the rising living costs in the UK.
