Andron Facilities Management is delighted to announce that they have been awarded the Heartfelt Service Award, at the Virgin Money Supplier Awards 2020.
Winners of the Heartfelt service award must demonstrate the Virgin Money Philosophy – “We are warm, honest and authentic and we care and aspire to deliver the best for our customers”
Andron won in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield for the pivotal role they played in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, helping to support Virgin Money customers and keep their colleagues safe.
Andron received the following winning nomination:
I want to nominate Andron for the exceptional support and heartfelt service they are providing to [Virgin Money] during covid-19. They have introduced enhanced cleaning regimes and responded quickly to all requests for additional deep cleans. In the instances of suspected cases, Andron introduced new cleaning products and offered chemical fogging cleans. They have also provided us with a continuous and stable supply of hand sanitisers, gels and anti-bacterial wipes. This has helped to ensure our store network and head offices have been able to remain open for business and help serve our customers whilst keeping our colleagues safe.”
The Virgin Money Supplier Awards 2020 took place virtually and centred around the theme of #disruptingpartnerships.
