At Andron, it is important that our people feel valued, and that their hard work is recognised and appreciated. Our “Going the Extra Mile” award scheme has been developed to recognise and reward employees who show outstanding commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to their roles.
Whilst all of our staff members have demonstrated an incredible work ethic during the lockdown period, some colleagues, in particular, have gone above and beyond their duties to ensure the business could continue safely. They have also played a key role in keeping our communities clean, tidy and safe. This quarter we received a record number of nominations, and due to the exceptional circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have chosen to recognise all of the individuals who were put forward by their Managers and peers.
All 21 award winners have received a company certificate and high street gift vouchers to spend. A huge congratulations to all!
