Andron Facilities Management has successfully secured the 3-year soft FM services contract at Marischal Square, following a competitive tender process by property management company, CBRE.
Andron will provide internal & external cleaning, an innovative waste and recycling strategy, window cleaning and pest control across the Marischal Square estate.
Marischal Square is a brand new multi-million-pound shopping and office development in the heart of Aberdeen’s City Centre. The Square brings together Grade A office accommodation, a 4-star hotel, retail, café’s, restaurants and an accessible central public space.
The contract was awarded after Andron FM clearly demonstrated their professional and innovative approach to delivering soft services to prestigious office environments. We look forward to working in partnership with CBRE on this exciting new project for Aberdeen’s City Centre.
