Andron Facilities Management has been appointed by property management company, Ashdown Phillips, to deliver security and cleaning services for the next three years to their Scottish Shopping Centre portfolio, which consists of Clyde, Motherwell and Loreburne Shopping Centre.
Andron FM has been the incumbent supplier for cleaning and waste management services at Clyde Shopping Centre for the past five years. Following a recent tender exercise for the integration of suppliers to provide both cleaning and security for their portfolio of shopping centre’s, Andron were successfully awarded the contract. With over 30 years of experience in providing facilities management services within the Shopping Centre industry and its experience in working with Clyde Shopping Centre, Ashdown Phillips selected Andron FM for its excellent track record and expertise.
Andron’s portfolio of Shopping centre’s has since further strengthened in Scotland and now consists of over 15 shopping Centre’s across central Scotland.
