Andron Facilities management has been appointed by CBRE as its soft services contractor for Scotland’s largest business park, Hillington Park.
The 3-year contract will see Andron FM deliver cleaning, housekeeping, window cleaning and grounds keeping services across the entire 2 million sq. ft. estate. Hillington Park, home to over 500 businesses and over 8,000 employees, consists of five prestigious office buildings, including the Innovation Centre and Merlin House.
Following an extensive tender process, Andron were awarded the contract due to their efficient and bespoke approach to managing cleaning services and their strong management and resource presence in the Glasgow area.
