Andron Facilities Management has been successfully awarded a 3-year contract extension with Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service as their continued soft FM supplier of choice.
The extension builds upon the existing soft services contract which has seen
Andron deliver cleaning and associated services to 30 different Lancashire Fire and Rescue sites since 2014. The entire portfolio consists of fire stations, headquarters, accommodation blocks, and training centre’s. Lancashire Fire & Rescue services granted the extension after a competitive tender process, where Andron’s commitment to contract development, innovation, and operational efficiencies shone through.
During the contract term with Lancashire Fire and Rescue, Andron FM introduced standardization of services, resource, management, and products across the whole portfolio, enabling a 30% saving in labour costs, additional year on year savings and a vast improvement in cleaning standards.
