Our winning proposal was based on bringing innovation, strong management support, cost, and added value to the client and by scoring the overall best proposal, we were selected as Clyde’s soft services partner for the next 3 years.
Andron has worked in partnership with the Glasgow based shopping centre since 2011, providing a range of soft FM services including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, gritting and snow clearance.
Over the past five years, we have developed a strong working relationship with Clyde to achieve significant environmental and sustainability results and we are now proudly in the position that virtually no waste from the centre goes to landfill. All of our recycling achievements have been commended and the Centre has won numerous prestigious awards including “The Green Apple Award” for the past 5 years and the “CSR Excellence” and “World CSR Leader” awards.
Over the next three years, Andron will continue to provide a high-quality bespoke service to the centre whilst adding further value to the contract by introducing new waste and recycling initiatives, optimising labour resource, providing new and improved equipment on-site and bringing further cost efficiencies to the client.
