Following the success of our quarterly Going the Extra Mile awards, we are excited to launch Andron’s first-ever Going the Extra Mile Annual Awards 2022.
In this much anticipated virtual ceremony, we will be celebrating the exceptional work carried out by our employees up and down the country. With 16 diverse categories, we will be recognising and rewarding the very best of our employee’s talents and achievements across categories including:

- Security Officer of the year
- Supervisor of the year
- Site Manager of the year
- Operations Manager of the year
- Office-based employee of the year
- Team of the year
- Clients’ team of the year
- Living by our values awards (5 awards in total)
- Colleague of the year
- Best kept premises
Nominations are being welcomed from Andron’s clients and colleagues, on who they believe is deserving to be crowned winner of their category. This special event will take place at the end of the year and will be live-streamed via our employee engagement app, MyAndron.
Taking Andron’s quarterly awards to a bigger scale
At Andron, it is important that our people feel valued and that their hard work, as well as long service, is recognised and appreciated. Our quarterly Going the Extra Mile award recognises employees who show outstanding commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to their roles. Employees from across the company are nominated by their colleagues and our clients on a quarterly basis, and the winners receive a company certificate, vouchers and recognition in our internal employee app, company website, and social media accounts.
Our colleagues work hard to deliver exceptional service to our clients, and it’s only right that they are recognised for their incredible efforts. That’s why, for the first time, we decided to take our awards to an even bigger scale – Going the Extra Mile Annual Awards 2022.
