Andron FM has secured a £5.7 million soft services contract within central London, with a leading Property Managing Agent.
The contract covers 84 iconic properties across central London and will see Andron deliver full soft services including cleaning, washroom, window cleaning and pest control.
The portfolio, which was successfully mobilised in July over a 6-week period, is made up of prestigious commercial buildings within the most desirable locations in London and includes renowned properties such as 100 Pall Mall and 25 Cabot Square in Canary Wharf.
The contract win will further strengthen Andron’s operational footprint and growth throughout London, where Andron already holds a number of high profile contracts in iconic buildings such as the Leadenhall Building and the OXO Tower.
