Working together with West College Scotland, Andron and Clydebank Shopping Centre have taken a student apprentice on board, helping them work towards their Certificate of Readiness to Work. This qualification is aimed towards promoting young individuals who have the enthusiasm and desire to work but may lack the experience. As such our student apprentice has been fully inducted as an Andron employee, giving them the full experience of the job and helping them get to grips with the initial employment process.
