Andron Facilities Management has been appointed by property management agent Savills, to provide soft Facilities management services to The Silver Fin Building in Aberdeen.
The 3-year contract will see Andron FM deliver Cleaning, security, reception and associated soft services to 9 floors of highly sustainable ‘Grade A’ office accommodation.
The Silver Fin Building owned by the British Airways pension fund is situated in Aberdeen’s newly-established prime office location, setting a new standard for office development in Aberdeen. The building boasts 9 floors of exceptional open plan office space, a secure 140 space basement car park and a reception hall with a majestic four-story atrium.
Andron was awarded the contract due to its focus on a “one team, one brand” approach across all service lines and the company’s local experience in providing soft services to similar prestigious office environments. The Silver Fin building will benefit from its close proximity to Andron FM’s Head office location in Aberdeen.
Working in partnership with Savills to develop the Silver Fin contract will allow Andron to further strengthen its operational footprint in Aberdeen.
