We are pleased to announce that Andron FM’s contract with Coin Street Community Builders (CSCB) has been extended for a further 3 years, following a competitive tender process.
CSCB is a social enterprise and development trust which seek to make London’s South Bank a better place to live, to work and to visit. The Coin Street Estate now consists of a thriving mixed-use neighbourhood by diversifying into a vast array of sectors including new co-operative homes, shops, galleries and also the iconic OXO Tower which is home to the fine-dining Harvey Nichols restaurant on the 8th Floor.
Since securing the initial contract in 2013, we have been providing cleaning, landscaping, pest control and window cleaning services across the entire estate. Throughout the years, Andron FM have demonstrated a commitment to working in partnership with CSCB to implement innovative solutions across the portfolio, that continually add value and achieve optimal efficiency. Owing to this commitment, CSCB decided to re-award the contract for the next 3 years.
As part of our ongoing Social Value strategy, Andron FM have also worked with the Coin Street Estate to assist with housing association moves and clear outs on-site and we will continue to add value to this contract by assisting the CSCB community wherever possible.
