To apply for a general Cleaning or Security position please APPLY HERE, your application will be held on file for a period of three months Cleaning Services Manager- Warrington, £22,000 circa. Cleaning Services Manager required for a large retail centre in central Warrington. The duties involve managing a staff of 30 cleaners to provide KPI delivery and outstanding service to the centre. Responsible for staffing and stock within allocated budgets; providing monthly reports to management; liaising with subcontractors and the security division to give maximum service. Key to this role will be the accurate keeping of accident records, spillage sheets and quality audit data. The ideal candidate will be an experienced cleaning team supervisor, preferably from a retail cleaning background. He/she must be able to demonstrate experience in man-management with a desirable understanding of basic HR best practice . The successful candidate must be IT literate with a good level of numeracy and literacy and a demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels. The post-holder will be flexible as this role may involve night and weekend work depending on circumstances and operational needs.
