We have provided facilities management services at Rochdale Exchange Shopping Centre since 2004, consisting of cleaning and security service disciplines. At the point of contract award these services were delivered as stand-alone service elements, ensuring that the centre is well presented, secure and staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees to enhance the visitor experience.
Since contract award we have worked in partnership with Centre Management to integrate these two functions, providing a single multi-disciplined on-site supervisory team to manage the delivery of services. The creation of an integrated supervisory team has enhanced clarity and speed of communication, escalation and problem resolution whilst delivering a saving across core resource costs.
Our service delivery model included the creation and delivery of bespoke training packages, revised rosters to meet footfall demands and introduction of an integrated patrol management system.
