Quality & Performance - Smartphone Support
Smartphone Support provides us with a practical and effective way of accessing and completing site-specific audits, quickly and competently. Each member of our Operation Team uses a Smartphone mobile device to input audit information on to the Helpdesk. The information that they gather is then applied to create detailed performance reports.
How it works
Audits are completed on a periodic basis, previously agreed and uploaded on to the Helpdesk System. When audits are due the relevant auditors is sent an automated alert from the Helpdesk to their smartphone device, detailing when and where they are due to complete a audit.
Our smartphone devices provide easy access to the Helpdesk and subsequent relevant site-specific audits. Audit information can be inputted during site visits, meaning that information is recorded once and is secure, relevant and accurate.
Once an audit is completed the results are relayed into the Helpdesk system where they are reproduced into user-friendly reports, stored for comparison and made easily accessible to our clients, demonstrating our commitment to a transparent service at all times.
Audit results which identify any non-conformances are immediately fed back to our Helpdesk Administrator, as reactive tasks that need swift rectification. Furthermore, we use the data collected to generate performance management reports each week and show weekly and monthly averages and highlight areas of consistently strong or weak performances.
