Our accreditations help to outline the standards we expect to exceed, promote excellence and prove our high level of competency. Clients are assisted in making informed choices about their preferred service provider and our people are always aware of what's expected of them, whatever their role or responsibility.

All cleaning staff are provided with British Institute of Cleaning Services (BICS) Operative Proficiency training which represents an industry recognised qualification.
The BICS Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) is awarded and moderated by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) and is nationally recognised within the cleaning industry. The COPC covers all the practical cleaning tasks required in the cleaning of buildings and provides a nationally recognised certification of competence to anyone carrying out these tasks.

We have successfully maintained our First Point Assessment (FPAL) accreditation as the preferred oil and gas industry supply chain partner.
To this end, we have undergone a stringent assessment process and continuous evaluation. As an FPAL accredited supplier, we have demonstrable service quality and process compatibility to effectively provide support services.

We are a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor. This means that we have been approved through a rigorous process of evaluation and examination to analyse if the company meets the stringent terms laid down by the SIA.
The approved contractor accreditation logo reassures clients that they have chosen to work with one of the very best security providers in the business. During our November 2011 SIA audit, we achieved a score of +98. This high result positioned us in the top 5 per cent of companies audited in the last quartile of 2011.

We are also a principal member of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA).
We attained our membership through numerous rigorous checks and examinations, demonstrating our on-going commitment to providing a professional and high quality service and reassuring clients. It demonstrates that we are compliant with British standards and codes of practice, committed to quality training and development and up-to-date with British and European policies and legislation.

Our BSEN ISO 9001:2008 certification provides us with a stringent Quality Management System which requires the constant revision and updating of all our procedures ensuring that we regularly assess our services

Our Environmental Management System (EMS) provides a structured and organised framework for managing environmental impacts.
Certified to BSEN ISO 14001:2004, the EMS is a critical component of our overarching Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensures our business activities are legally compliant, controlled efficiently and effectively, and minimise our effect on the environment. The system ensures, through continuous monitoring and review, that opportunities for continual improvement in environmental performance are identified and implemented. The EMS allows us to continually improve our environmental processes and share environmental best practice with every employee.

Our approach to health and safety is based on a combination of sharing knowledge, workforce training, awareness and engagement, effective processes, vigilance and continuous review.
Our documented Health and Safety Management System, which is accredited to BS OHSAS 18001, provides the policies, processes, guidance and arrangements to manage health and safety on a day-to-day basis.
